Dunkin’ has pretty consistent coffee and it tastes above average compared to most fast food restaurants.The customer service at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Raeford Road is always helpful, quick and very friendly.They can get pretty busy in the morning but they got enough staff to keep things rolling and your wait time is usually minimal.Tipping is not required but I’m sure it’s appreciated.

It was somewhat of a slow rush. The trash was full, floor was dirty but other than that my food was great and fresh

I visited this Dunkin' as just a quick drive through. Staff were helpful explaining some menu choices, there appeared to be quite a few people working and those at the window were very helpful and quick. Our order was correct, and arrived promptly.

This location is not ideal and the food was not all that great. They did not have soy milk but charged extra for almond milk. I truly do not understand why you will charge extra for soy or almond but you do charge extra for regular milk. People are lactose intolerant and are charged extra. Here is another people for religious choice do not use milk products yet they are punished along with anyone that is possibly lactose intolerant.

Given that this is the closest location to me, I go out of convenience. However, after today, that will likely change. I've tried giving this location multiple chances. The staff are more often than not, off putting and my orders have been inconsistent at best. I get that the goal is for the company to turn a profit. With that said, I'd like to get what I'm paying for. When asked for light ice, I was simply given less product in conjunction with less ice (shown in picture). I might as well have been given a medium drink instead of a large. Also, as others have stated, the only consistent thing here is having to wait.

Waited close to 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich & then they forgot to give me my coffee. I had to remind them.

Medium ice coffee: 6 half and half and 4 sugars. Love it!

I love the coffee's made right every time and their cream cheese Bagels.

Very subpar drinks there is not other sugar options, like sugar of the raw or any variation.

The coffee is always made to perfection.

I love there donut I just wish that would stop putting all the donuts in the back together with out the wax paper to keep the icing from melting all over the bag.

I am happy they always have some Bismarck donuts no matter what time i go! I only love this Ramsey & the Skibo Location because the others I have had bad customer service, stale donuts & never catch a bismarck! This one in particular I have no problems at all.

Love the service and coffee

When we stopped in at about 8:30pm the signs were not lit and we weren't sure if they were open. There was not a large selection of donuts to choose from. The staff were friendly though and verified our order. I did not enjoy the DnD coffee this time. Usually it is decent. Could be because it was on the burner a while. We will need to visit earlier in the day and see how the selection is at a different time of day. The "newsy" channel on the tv kept repeating the same commercial, which became annoying.

Outstanding customer service. My only complaint would be the young seemed like she had to run around looking for things to make my caramel crazed latte. She was looking for all the ingredients except the coffee and ice. I'm not sure if she was new.

We love Duncan coffee and lattes and we love that this one has a Baskin Robin's but there is always an issue i.e. out of dairy free ice cream, out of almond milk, I ordered tea and got coffee one time and it isn't staffed with more than 2 people!

Every time to come to this DD... the service is a little slow but the customer service is always been great meaning the people have always been very nice and polite

The staff acted like I was bothering them. They took excessive time to wait on customers and when they did, they were rude and stand-offish. The food was cold and did not seem fresh.

I love Dunkin Donuts. This location has a great staff and is pretty quick with all orders. There's always heavy traffic at this location, because of the intersection that it's located by but it's definitely worth going through the traffic.

Opens too late. Frequently out of donuts in the afternoon/evening. Service is pretty good though.
